My first degree is in Politics and I've been hearing this for ages

Modern day agriculture cannnot thrive without (a) stable electricity (for storage, equipment etc); (b) water supply (for irrigation)and (c) good transport networks

I know our 'elected' governments are not ready to provide these three basic requirements and that's where investors come in. Then the question arises - Will the safety of these investors be guaranteed? ......especially as kidnappers and bombers now operate unhindered

It is a vicious cycle
